Job description
Marvin is seeking an Industrial Automation Supervisor to lead automation reliability and performance across our manufacturing operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee PLCs, robotics, and control systems, coordinate troubleshooting, and guide technicians to minimize downtime and improve throughput. You’ll partner with engineering and production to drive continuous improvement, implement safety and standard work, and support new equipment and technology integration in a people-first, safety-focused environment with strong growth opportunities.
