Job description
Marvin is seeking an Industrial Automation Supervisor to lead a team supporting automated equipment across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll oversee PLCs, robotics, and control systems, manage troubleshooting and downtime response, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance. You’ll collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams to improve line reliability, throughput, and quality while maintaining strict safety standards.
