Job description
Marvin is seeking an Industrial Automation Supervisor to lead day-to-day operation and optimization of automated production equipment in our manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll supervise technicians, troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, and HMIs, and drive uptime, quality, and safety. You’ll partner with engineering and maintenance on continuous improvement, standard work, and new equipment commissioning.
