Job description
Industrial BakerWe are actively seeking a skilled Industrial Baker to join our fast-paced production team and help craft high-volume artisan breads. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing multiple commercial convection ovens, industrial mixers, proofers, and slicers to proof and bake dough to exact recipe specifications. You will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to hit daily output goals, all while upholding strict food safety standards.
