Industrial Blaster- NightsTulsa, Oklahoma Contract To Hire Feb 27, 2026Industrial Blasters Pay: $16–$22/hr (Based on Experience) (will train on 1st shift for 2 weeks)Position Overview: The Industrial Blaster prepares metal surfaces for painting using grit or sandblasting equipment in a controlled environment. This role ensures surfaces are clean and properly prepared for coatings, following all safety and quality standards.You must be able to:Work on your feet for extended periodsLift up to 50 lbsOperate safely in an industrial environmentEssential Job Functions:Prepare large industrial surfaces using sand/grit blasting equipmentClean, smooth, and prep surfaces for paintFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaInspect equipment and materials for defects or issuesCompetencies:Material Handling: Moving, positioning, and preparing materialsInspection: Checking surfaces, equipment, and toolsPhysical Work: Climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and performing physically demanding tasksRequirements:Previous experience in industrial blasting or paintingKnowledge of basic production and project proceduresSchedule: Night Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday–Thursday Overtime available on Friday & Saturday as needed
