Staff Management | SMX has an immediate opening for a Carpenter Handyman in Asheboro, NC. We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated applicant to assist with long-term projects in an Industrial setting. For this role, you must have experience using hand tools, framing, sheet rock, dry wall, painting, roofing, and basic plumbing. Pay depends on experience and will be discussed in the interview.
Shift Information:
1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with occasional overtime

Job Responsibilities
As a Carpenter Handyman, you will: Assist with projects around the plant that involve painting, trim, baseboard, drywall, laying carpet, tile, sheet rock, framing, wood flooring, and plumbing.
Operate multiple types of hand tools.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Follow safety procedures and protocols in all work performed.
We need employees who can work on projects in a manufacturing setting. They must be able to operate multiple types of hand tools, work with little supervision, and work safely while following all safety protocols.
