Job description
Greystar seeks an Industrial Superintendent for ground-up construction projects in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. The role leads from raw earthwork through tilt-up erection, ensuring safety, quality, and on-budget delivery.
You will manage site crews, coordinate with subcontractors, review plans, and communicate progress to stakeholders. A hands-on leader with 10+ years in industrial construction will thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving.
