Job description
TD Securities is seeking an Analyst in Industrials Corporate Banking in New York, NY. The role involves working in small deal teams on a wide range of transactions from client contact through closing, researching, valuing, marketing, and structuring opportunities.
You will perform advanced financial modeling in Excel, assist in due diligence, and contribute to client presentations while maintaining confidentiality of information. A strong academic record and interest in finance are preferred.
