CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Industrial Demo Pipefitter in Elgin, SC. This is an immediate opportunity for qualified professionals seeking steady work. The role involves removing piping, tanks, and other structures, loading materials onto trucks for removal from the site. The ideal candidate will perform cutting and welding tasks using blowtorch and cutting tools, with experience in stick and TIG welding on carbon and stainless steel. Work hours are Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential overtime until the end of the year. Candidates should be comfortable working 4-10 hour days and be prepared for safety training and orientation at our office.

POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Industrial Demo Pipefitter

Pay Rate: $24 - $25

Location: Elgin, SC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 7am-5:30pm

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Remove piping, tanks, and structures from the site

• Load materials onto trucks for removal

• Use blowtorch, cutting, and welding tools to remove piping

• Perform stick and TIG welding on carbon and stainless steel

• Optional Duty: Assist with site clean-up as needed

• Optional Duty: Operate heavy equipment if certified

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required

• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)

• Ability to work Monday through Thursday with a reliable schedule

• Certification or experience in pipe removal and welding

• Ability to work 4-10 hour shifts and overtime as needed
