Industrial ElectriciansTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Electricians for projects located in or around Baytown, TX. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $45/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Install, maintain, repair, calibrate, and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipmentTroubleshoot and work with PLCs, VFDs, communication systems, and automated equipmentRead and understand electrical schematics, ladder logic, and control system documentationPerform basic to advanced electrical and controls troubleshooting using equipment software and diagnostic toolsAssist with programming, modification, and development of PLC and control systemsWork with integrating, indicating, graphic, and other electrical, electronic, and mechanical instrumentation and control equipmentEnsure all equipment operates safely and meets OEM specifications and plant safety standardsAssist with equipment design, installation, commissioning, and service as neededMaintain clear and effective communication with team members and managementRequirements:Hands-on industrial electrical and controls experienceStrong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, ladder logic, and automated equipmentExperience troubleshooting electrical and control systemsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office and project/order processing systemsAbility to read, write, and speak English clearly and effectivelySpanish language skills are a plus, but not requiredMust be willing to work a flexible or rotating schedule, including overtime as neededPreferred:Allen-Bradley and Siemens experience preferredFamiliarity with PLC development software and electrical design software preferredTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.Our comprehensive benefits include:Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours workedVacation PayHealth insurance401(k) retirement savings planTradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/DisabilityBe safe from fraud!
