Job DetailsConsistently practice and enforce a safe work environmentRequired:Valid Master Electrician LicenseMinimum 5–7 years of industrial electrical experience (food or poultry processing preferred)Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution, motor controls, PLC interfaces, and VFDsThorough understanding of NEC, OSHA, and industrial safety standardsAbility to work in cold, wet, noisy, and fast-paced production environmentsPreferred:Experience in poultry or food manufacturing facilitiesFamiliarity with USDA-regulated environmentsExperience with automation and process control systemsSupervisory or lead electrician experiencePay: $35-$45/hourCore Competencies:SafetyQualityYieldCostRelationshipsTeam Member Code:Safety starts and ends with youPeople eat what we makeHard work always pays offDoing what's right is never wrongCommunicate, Communicate, CommunicateEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
