Industrial ElectricianCardinal Staffing Services is hiring for an Industrial Electrician in Perrysburg, OH. As an Industrial Electrician for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work with a manufacturer of custom automation equipment, including glass processing, food processing, and packaging machinery. This role is responsible for wiring electrical systems, installing and terminating control panels, troubleshooting electrical components, and supporting machine startup both in-house and at customer facilities. This position requires candidates to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and communication skills. All employees are offered competitive compensation of $20 to $30 per hour, based on experience, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Available Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Wire electrical systems and terminate control panels according to blueprints and specificationsRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagramsInspect, install, repair, and maintain electrical components, including transformers and circuit breakersUse testing equipment to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issuesInstall, test, and configure machine control systems and related electrical componentsUpgrade older control systems to meet current machine specificationsAssist with machine startup, testing, and calibration at company and customer facilitiesComplete work orders accurately and maintain records of materials usedUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyAdhere to company safety standards and applicable electrical regulationsWork independently or as part of a team to complete projects on timeRequirements and Qualifications:Minimum of 2 to 5 years of industrial electrician experienceTechnical degree preferredAbility to read and apply electrical blueprints and technical diagramsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with industrial machine wiring and control panelsUnderstanding of machine control hardware; pneumatic knowledge is a plusAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to travel approximately 20% to 30%, primarily within the United States, with occasional international travelAt Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
