Industrial ElectricianLocation: Toledo, OH Pay: $37.79/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMJoin a Leading Manufacturing TeamWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support the maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrician looking for a stable, long-term union position with competitive pay and outstanding benefits.ResponsibilitiesInstall conduit, wiring, lighting, power circuits, and electrical control equipmentInstall motors, drives, and production equipment using electrical prints and schematicsTroubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, including: AC/DC motors, PLCs and control systems, Transformers, Robotics, Electrical instruments, Safety devices, Production equipmentSafely work with electrical systems up to 4,160 voltsRead and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and blueprintsDiagnose electrical failures and minimize equipment downtimeMonitor plant utilities including compressors, boilers, and power systemsSupport plant operations while following all electrical and safety proceduresWear required Arc Flash PPE and maintain a safe work environmentQualificationsState Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical experienceStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsAbility to read electrical schematics and ladder logicExperience with: Allen-Bradley PLCs, Drives and motor controls, PAC systems, HMI interfaces, Servo technology, Power distribution, Relay controlsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork EnvironmentIndustrial manufacturing facility with heat, noise, dust, and elevated work areasMust be willing to work alternate shifts as neededAbility to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, physical, Functional Capacity Exam, and respirator fit testBenefitsCompetitive hourly payMedical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement benefitsPaid time off and holidaysStable, long-term career with advancement opportunitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
