Job description
Develop and maintain a 3D simulation-based virtual factory to optimize production lines, workstation layouts, and supply chain processes. Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives for aerospace and defense products.
Requirements
Requires 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong expertise in industrial or process engineering. Proficiency in simulation tools, CAD software, and lean methodologies is essential, along with eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information.
