Job description
Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert supporting all Power & Controls sites. This Level 4 role focuses on technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise-level performance improvements.
The IE will mentor early-career engineers, train core processes, and manage strategic initiatives across manufacturing, digital maturity and operational excellence, with relocation support and onsite work at multiple sites
