Job description
Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive data-driven CI, engineering, and automation across multiple operations. You will mentor teams, develop strategies, and deliver improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
Requirements include startup experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, WMS (Manhattan SCALE), Power BI, Snowflake, WareBee/Slot3D, and labor planning skills. Travel up to 50% is expected.
