Job description
Durable Surfaces, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Sales to own the sales function end-to-end, build a high-performance team, and drive aggressive growth in the industrial warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics sectors.
You will hire and develop 2–4 sales reps, implement CRM and reporting discipline, own new-logo bookings and expansion revenue, and align pricing with EBITDA targets while collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to win large, complex projects.
