Job description
Suzano Packaging USA is seeking an HR Business Partner to support industrial operations on-site at the Pine Bluff mill. You will act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, translating people strategy into practical actions that drive operational excellence and change.
You will manage HR programs, budget, and metrics, partner with Talent Development, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to align People & Culture initiatives with business goals. This is a hands-on role on the shop floor.
