Location: Jonesboro, AR
Schedule: (1st Shift | 6 AM - 2 PM) (2nd Shift | 2 PM - 10 PM)

Job Duties
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on industrial machinery and production equipment.
Diagnose problems with motors, controls, sensors, and related electrical components.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
Read and use electrical schematics and equipment documentation.
Help prioritize maintenance work and provide technical guidance to other team members.
Communicate equipment issues and repair progress with production and maintenance leaders.
Document completed work and follow all company safety procedures.
Requirements
Industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work safely around production equipment.
Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose equipment problems.
Experience guiding other maintenance team members or serving as a technical lead is preferred.
Clear communication skills and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
