Industrial Maintenance Technician / Machine Repair Technician
Location: Waukesha, WI
Job Summary
Adecco is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in Waukesha, WI. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to support safe and efficient production operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and repairing manufacturing equipment in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and production machineryPerform preventative and predictive maintenance activitiesDiagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issuesRepair motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and other industrial equipmentRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsRespond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtimeComplete maintenance documentation and work ordersSupport continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiativesFollow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications
Previous experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, maintenance mechanic, millwright, or related roleStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical repairsAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipmentAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationManufacturing experience requiredPLC troubleshooting experience is a plus Preferred Backgrounds
