Industrial Maintenance Technician | 3rd Shift
Location: Sheboygan, WI
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00/hour
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Install and maintain electrical wiring, machine controls, and power distribution systems
Repair and replace motors, sensors, relays, transformers, switches, and electronic components
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance documentation
Support continuous manufacturing operations by minimizing downtime
Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
Follow all plant safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Journeyman Electrician License or Electro-Mechanical Degree required
Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
Working knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
