Pay Rate: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedules:
Sunday - Wednesday 6 AM - 4:30 PM
Wednesday - Saturday 6 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Duties
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, including conveyors, sortation systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems. Inspect and troubleshoot automated conveyance and sortation.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems.
Plan, schedule, and implement corrective actions using available tools and equipment.
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track & complete work orders, log maintenance activities, and manage inventory of spare parts.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
Experience Requirements
Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment.
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, or equipment documentation.
Strong mechanical aptitude, electrical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance practices.
Experience working with distribution/ fulfillment/ conveyors/ material handling equipment
Basic knowledge of PLC/ VFD/ HMIs
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.
Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.
Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Industrial Maintenance Technician.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.
