Maintenance TechnicianServal USA | Ixonia, WI
$20–$24/hour | Full-Time
Want a maintenance job where you're doing more than the same repair every day?Serval USA is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Ixonia, Wisconsin.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys figuring out how things work, solving problems, making repairs, and helping keep a production facility running smoothly. You'll work with manufacturing equipment, forklifts, building systems, and general plant maintenance while gaining experience across a variety of equipment and projects.

What You'll DoYour days will include a variety of maintenance and troubleshooting responsibilities, including:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment problems and help minimize production downtime
Perform general forklift maintenance
Assist with HVAC and facility maintenance
Inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs before they become bigger problems
Order and organize replacement parts and maintenance supplies as needed
Assist with equipment installations, improvements, and plant projects
Maintain a clean and organized maintenance/work area
Follow established safety procedures when working around production equipment
Assist the production team when needed
Perform other plant and maintenance responsibilities as assigned
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is reliable, mechanically inclined, and willing to get their hands dirty.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have mechanical aptitude and enjoy troubleshooting equipment
Have previous maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, farm, construction, or equipment-repair experience
Are comfortable using hand and power tools
Can work independently and take ownership of a problem
Are dependable and show up ready to work
Communicate well with production and maintenance team members
Pay attention to safety and the quality of your work
Are willing to learn new equipment and skills
Manufacturing maintenance experience is preferred, but we're also interested in mechanically talented people who are willing to learn.
Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED preferred
1+ year of maintenance or related mechanical experience preferred
Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
Physical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position in a manufacturing environment. The job requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday.
Employees must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, with reasonable accommodations provided when appropriate.
