Job description
Kohler is seeking an Electro Mechanic to support 3D-enabled manufacturing operations. In this role you will install, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical equipment, robotics, and 3D-driven production systems. Responsibilities include reading electrical and mechanical schematics, performing preventative maintenance, calibrating sensors and drives, and ensuring safety and uptime on automated lines. You’ll collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve reliability, support continuous improvement projects, and document repairs.
