JOB DETAILS
Shift: 3rd Shift M-F 2:00 Am to 10:30 Am
Base Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to established schedules.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify equipment failures.
Perform electrical troubleshooting, including motors, sensors, switches, relays, and control circuits.
Repair and maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and other production equipment.
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and start-ups.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance calls.
Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and equipment conditions in the maintenance system.
Maintain an adequate inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies.
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized maintenance work area.
Communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs effectively with Production, Engineering, Safety, and Management.
Assist with training and mentoring Maintenance Technician I employees and other personnel as needed.
Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Technical certification, vocational training, or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred.
Typically, 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Experience with PLCs and industrial control systems preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move materials, tools, and equipment as required.
Ability to work around manufacturing machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Must be able to wear required PPE.

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $26.50 per hour to $28.50 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement)
