Industrial Maintenance TechnicianPAY: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour to start ($25.00 – $28.00 per hour upon hire)LOCATION: Silverton, ORWe are currently hiring a Machine Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in industrial maintenance with strong long-term earning potential.Schedule & Shift Structure:Initial 2 week training on swing shift: 3:30 PM – 4:00 AMTransition into production shifts:7:00 AM – 7:30 PM OR5:00 AM – 5:30 AMJuly is peak season:Four 12-hour shifts3 days off per weekJob Duties:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdownsSupport production teams to reduce downtimeAssist with mechanical and basic electrical repairsFollow all safety and workplace proceduresDocument maintenance work and communicate with team membersRequirements:Previous maintenance, mechanical, or industrial experience preferredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWillingness to work swing shift and 12-hour schedulesReliable and safety-focusedMust be able to communicate in English, Spanish, or Spanish-only acceptable
