Job description
Industrial Maintenance Team MemberWe're looking for a reliable, hard-working team player to join our industrial maintenance team. You'll be trained to operate a sit-down forklift and cross-trained on various tasks, including equipment maintenance, cleaning, and monitoring machinery. If you enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving, this could be a great fit!What You'll Do:Monitor and refill oil and fluid levels in machines.Clean cooling fans, remove hoppers, and change filters.Perform basic mechanical maintenance and inspections.Use measurement tools and record data via a mobile app.Assist with fluid system changes and inventory tracking.Lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet most of the day.What We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent (experience counts too!).Some mechanical or CNC experience is a plus (but not required).Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and walking.Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Steel-toe shoes required (bring them to your interview!).Perks & Next Steps:Temp-to-hire opportunity with training provided.Gain experience in a dynamic industrial environment.
