Job Full Description
Seeking candidates who are responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and prevent breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and Repairs : Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and enhance productivity
Troubleshooting : Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in machinery and equipment, and implement effective solutions
Installation : Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Documentation : Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including the condition of machinery, problems identified, and parts replaced or repaired
Collaboration : Work closely with production teams to understand equipment needs and may assist in training staff on safe operational practice
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and fix equipment malfunctions efficiently
Experience : requires a high school diploma or equivalent
