HDR is seeking an Industrial Market Sector Leader to guide the growth of HDR's Industrial program in Illinois and Indiana, focusing on oil, gas, chemicals, water, wastewater and air quality. This role blends technical leadership with a seller/doer mindset to expand client relationships and win work.
You will partner with regional leaders to align resources, recruit talent, and drive market expansion across multi-disciplinary teams in a collaborative, employee-owned culture.
