The Weitz Company is seeking an Operations Director for the Industrial team to oversee construction operations and lead Project Executives and senior managers across multiple locations in the U.S.
This role requires up to 75% travel, flexibility to work from remote offices, and strong leadership, strategic planning, and Lean/IPD understanding to execute growth plans and optimize safety, quality, and profitability.
