Painter (1st Shift)We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting, paint preparation, paint mixing, and spray painting, ensuring high-quality finishes in our manufacturing facility.ResponsibilitiesPerform painting tasks including spray painting and preparation.Mix paints to achieve desired colors and consistencies.Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding and cleaning.Ensure adherence to safety protocols while handling painting materials.Maintain cleanliness and order in the painting area.Essential SkillsProficiency in painting techniques, including spray painting.Experience in paint preparation and mixing.Ability to sandblast and prepare surfaces effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.Able to lift and move parts and materials weighing between 5lbs to 75lbs.Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team that values skill and precision in a supportive work environment. The environment may have elements such as noise, dust, fumes, odors, and temperature variations. Employees are required to move about the facility and occasionally lift parts and materials. Safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses, is required and provided.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
