WE HELP BUILD COMMUNITIES.If you are motivated and looking for an exciting new opportunity, join our team of Welders in our Riceville, IA production facility.YOUR IMPACT:Prime, paint and touchup vehicles with power spray equipment and brushesSand, wash, and condition parts as necessaryInspect completed parts for quality and to validate component standards are met.Minimum Qualifications:Six months of industrial painting experienceAble to read checklists, paint codes, safety logs, and other required documentsAble to proficiently paint in a single assigned areaStandout Qualifications:HS Diploma or GEDAutomotive paint experienceWillingness to train in multiple areas to obtain a Painter II levelWe offer a range of benefits, including:Eligibility for medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance beginning Day 1 of employmentUp to ten thousand dollars each year for tuition reimbursement so you can continue or pursue your education401k plan with company match, $.50 for every dollar up to 6%Company bonus planMany, many more!High school diploma/GED not required for this job.
