Wagner is hiring an Industrial Painter to apply high-quality coatings to metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet both visual and performance standards.
Position Details: Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM
$5/hour shift premium for 2nd shift

What You'll Do Prepare metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, degreasing, inspection)
Set up and operate spray equipment and coating systems
Apply industrial coatings to meet quality and finish standards
Inspect parts and identify defects or inconsistencies
Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines
Ensure proper handling and storage of paints and materials
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
What We're Looking For Experience in industrial painting, powder coating, or manufacturing painting
Strong understanding of coating application methods and equipment
Attention to detail and pride in finish quality
Ability to work independently and manage workflow
Basic math and measuring skills
