What You'll Do
As an integral part of our manufacturing process, you will ensure our high-quality products leave the facility with a flawless, durable finish.
Prepare and treat surfaces meticulously before coating application.
Mix, match, and apply specialized industrial coatings using advanced spray equipment.
Inspect finished products to guarantee they meet our rigorous, century-old standards of excellence.
Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot painting machinery and safety equipment.
Uphold a clean, safe, and collaborative workspace environment.
What We Are Looking For
Because we handle precision manufacturing, this is not an entry-level role. You must have proven industrial or automotive paint experience to be considered.
Experience: Strong background utilizing airless, conventional, or electrostatic spray systems in an industrial or automotive setting.
Skillset: Sharp eye for detail, deep knowledge of various coatings/thinners, and a strict commitment to safety protocols.
Availability: Reliable and ready to excel on our 2nd shift (8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday).
Mindset: A strong work ethic, a team-player attitude, and the drive to grow alongside a historic company.
