Industrial Painter HelperStart a hands-on career, learn valuable skills, and grow with an industry-leading team.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Industrial Painter Helper Details:Temporary position$ 22.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Assist with sanding, cleaning, masking, and preparing surfaces for painting and finishing.Move materials, tools, and supplies to support painters throughout the production process.Follow work instructions and perform basic quality checks on completed work.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.Support production goals by assisting with painting, prep work, and general shop tasks.Industrial Painter Helper Qualifications:Previous manufacturing, construction, warehouse, general labor, or hands-on work experience preferred.Ability to use basic hand tools and safely work in a production environment.Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work well as part of a team.Must be able to stand for extended periods, frequently bend and lift up to 50 lbsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
