Industrial Painter 2nd ShiftLocation: New Lisbon Pay: $22.02/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM Training: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM for approximately 4-6 weeks Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary-to-HireExpress Employment Professionals is recruiting for a 2nd Shift Industrial Painter to join a local manufacturing team. This position is responsible for painting completed refrigeration units and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial painting experience who takes pride in producing quality work.What You'll DoPaint completed refrigeration units using industrial spray painting equipmentPrepare units and work areas for paintingOperate spray paint equipment safely and efficientlyInspect finished units for proper coverage and qualityFollow paint specifications and production requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelinesProperly use a respirator when requiredWork efficiently while maintaining attention to detailWhat We're Looking ForPrevious industrial or manufacturing painting experience preferredSheet metal painting experience is a plusExperience operating spray painting equipment preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow instructions and production specificationsDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to safely wear required PPE, including a respirator when necessaryManufacturing experience is a plusSchedule & TrainingThe regular schedule is Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM.New hires will train on 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM, for approximately 4-6 weeks before moving to the regular 2nd shift schedule.Why Work With Express?Express Employment Professionals connects qualified candidates with great local employers.
