Industrial PainterSewer Equipment provides the highest quality and most innovative sewer cleaning products for the municipal and contractor market.The Industrial Painter is responsible for maintaining and operating paint equipment to ensure high quality finish and appearance.Duties/Responsibilities:Prepare parts per procedures for coating applicationUtilize pressure pot with HVLP guns to apply coatingsMust maintain all paint shop equipment to keep it in top working conditionLoad and unload part racksMix paint and tintsPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Must be able to produce automotive quality finishesBasic math skills and understanding how to utilize measuring devicesMust be able to work as part of a teamEducation and Experience:1-2 years' experience painting with sprayerExperience in prepping and applying industrial coatings preferredMust be familiar with spray equipment maintenance, adjustments and clean-upForklift experience preferredPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and paintingMust have adequate balance and ability to climb ladderMust be able to distinguish among colorsCommitments and Location:Permanent Full-Time Role Based in Dixon, ILNight Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:00 pm – 6:30amBenefits Include:Pay Range of $23.70 - $30.91/hourProductivity Bonus, paid quarterly. Average 2025 payout was $7/hour. Payouts are based on overall company profitability, and attendance$2.00 an hour for night differential$500 sign on bonus, paid after 90 days of employmentHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance401k with company matchPaid Holidays and Vacation
