Industrial PainterCardinal Staffing Services is hiring an Industrial Painter for a full-time position. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual with painting experience who is comfortable working in an industrial environment. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include: 2nd shift- 5PM to 3:30AM (Monday to Thursday), Overtime on Friday.Duties & Responsibilities:Wash, prep, prime, and paint baskets and related materialsPerform industrial/automotive-style painting using airless paint sprayersPrepare surfaces to ensure a smooth, quality finishInspect finished products for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and company standardsAssist with general production duties as neededRequirements & Qualifications:Previous industrial or automotive painting experience preferredExperience using airless paint sprayers requiredMust be able to wear a respirator as required for the positionAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. regularlyStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependable with a strong work ethicCommitment to following safety proceduresAbout Cardinal Staffing Services: At Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
