Job description
We're looking for experienced Industrial Painters to join our crew for ongoing industrial and commercial projects. This is steady, long-term work with competitive pay, consistent hours, and a solid team environment.
Responsibilities:
Prep, prime, and paint industrial surfaces (steel, structural components, equipment, etc.)
Mix and apply coatings according to specifications
Operate spray guns, rollers, and other painting tools
Perform surface prep including sanding, grinding, and cleaning
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Work independently or with a crew to meet project deadlines
Requirements: 2+ years industrial or commercial painting experience
Ability to work full shifts and meet production expectations
Comfortable working at heights, around equipment, and in industrial environments
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
OSHA or safety certifications a plus (not required)
