Industrial Plater – 1st & 2nd ShiftWe are hiring experienced Industrial Platers for a manufacturing company in Rockland, MA. Openings are available on 1st and 2nd shift.Minimum 5 years of hands-on industrial plating/electroplating experience required.Experience can include barrel plating, rack plating, nickel, chrome, copper, tin, zinc, electroless nickel, or other industrial metal finishing processes.What You'll DoPerform barrel and/or rack platingSet up and operate plating equipmentMonitor plating tanks and chemical solutionsMake chemical additions and process adjustmentsLoad, rack, dip, and process manufactured partsInspect finished parts for quality, coverage, and plating thicknessMaintain production and chemical logsSafely handle plating chemicals and follow all PPE and safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For5+ years of industrial plating/electroplating experienceHands-on experience with plating tanks and chemical solutionsKnowledge of plating processes and quality requirementsAbility to follow specifications and safety proceduresDependable and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment1st and 2nd shift available. 2nd shift receives an additional $2.00/hour. Overtime and occasional Saturday mornings may be required.
