Job description
NorthPoint Development, based in Kansas City, MO, seeks an experienced Commercial Property Manager for in-office work. You will manage tenant relations, oversee operations, and coordinate with Asset Management and Development teams to ensure leases, budgets, and warranties are handled efficiently.
Role requires at least 2 years of direct property management experience in commercial/industrial settings; familiarity with Yardi, Salesforce, and Monday.com is a plus. Travel up to 50% may be required.
