Job description
Optimal is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Manager to lead the recruiting and onboarding functions for field and office operations. You will manage the recruiting team, partner with operational leaders, and ensure hires are onboarded efficiently and compliantly.
The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership and high-volume recruiting experience in construction, industrial, petrochemical, or field-service environments, with focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
