nDelivery – Deliver clean uniforms, mats, and facility service products, return soiled products to the plant on time, and manage customer needs weekly.
nManage customer par levels to avoid overstocking flat goods.
nManage the customer’s uniform program to ensure quality garments, avoid unnecessary ordering, and ensure customer satisfaction with their appearance and safety.
nProblem Solving—Communicate all problem situations to the customer with a plan on how to eliminate the problem. When necessary, request aid and assistance from Service Management.
nBuild Rapport—Develop a good relationship with each customer by providing for their needs and following through on requests and suggestions.
nSales – Be responsible for selling/adding to the route and meeting sales goals.
nDirect Sales Products—Sell additional rental services and direct sell products to existing customers based on their needs and Porter’s assigned goals.
nLook for and report selling opportunities to both management, the Direct Sales Dept., and the New Account Sales Dept.
nEnsure customer retention by always maintaining service agreement terms.

nBe able to climb in and out of a delivery truck while carrying product.
nClimb & Carry—Climb stairs carrying product up to 75 lbs.
