Job description
Responsible for maintaining lift trucks performing preventative maintenance, repairing mechanical problems. Troubleshooting and investigates equipment malfunctions. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
nRESPONSIBILITIES
nnnPerform preventative maintenance on lift trucks
n
nnRepairs electrical trucks Performs welding on equipment and machinery as needed
n
nnMaintains batteries in charged and working condition Maintains elevated lift trucks, tuggers, carts and pallet jacks
n
nnMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without accommodation
n
n nQUALIFICATIONS Minimum
nnnKnowledge of systems and engine overhauls
n
nnRead and interpret technical documents, manuals and instructions Equipment maintenance experience
n
nnAbility to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions Welding and fabrication skills
n
nnAbility to operate special equipment, machinery and or tools including forklift, electric cart, man lift, basic and power tools
n
nnValid drivers license
n
nnTime management skills, meet deadlines and productivity expectations
n
nnAbility to communicate effectively with diverse population
n
n nDesired
nnnHigh school education or equivalent
n
nnTechnical training in mechanics, hydraulics, welding
n
nnLimited Maintenance Industrial license
n
n
