Industrial Tig WelderWelder – Tig / Sanitary Welding | 1st Shift | $24-$30/hr Hiring Immediately! This is a great opportunity for an experienced welder looking to build a long-term career with a leading employer in a specialized manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates who take pride in precision work and have experience welding stainless steel for food-grade, pharmaceutical, or medical applications. As a tig welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality sanitary welds that meet strict industry and safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical skill, and the ability to work with materials of varying thicknesses. You will work closely with production and quality teams to ensure welds are smooth, seamless, and nonporous.Position ResponsibilitiesPerform tig welding on stainless steel materialsComplete sanitary welds suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or medical environmentsWeld materials with thicknesses ranging from approximately 2 to 2½ inchesWork with different materials and varying thicknesses as requiredRead and follow blueprints, specifications, and welding proceduresMaintain weld quality, consistency, and cleanliness standardsFollow all safety, sanitation, and company proceduresJob RequirementsProven experience with tig weldingExperience welding stainless steel requiredSanitary welding experience strongly preferredAbility to weld materials between 2 and 2½ inches thickCertification preferred (tig or related welding certifications)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and positive work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Work for Advance Services, Inc.?
