Job description
Nova Pneuma, Inc. is seeking a Product & Process Industrialization Engineer to bridge R&D and mass production, optimizing manufacturing processes, supplier quality, and cost efficiency. You'll lead product ramp-ups, perform DFM analyses, audit suppliers, and ensure high yield production.
The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, CAD/CFD skills, regulatory knowledge (FDA/EMA), and GMP/GDP compliance. Expect on-site work in Fremont, CA with travel as needed.
