Job description
Goldman Sachs in Chicago is seeking an Associate for our Investment Banking Division, focusing on Industrials. You will develop client relationships, join advisory teams and help structure and execute transactions.
You will build and analyze financial models, prepare client presentations, and coordinate due diligence with tax and legal teams. You’ll gain exposure to mergers, acquisitions and equity/debt issuances while developing key analytical and communication skills.
