Responsibilities
As an Infant Teacher Assistant, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to support the Lead Teacher in:
Navigate the days activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
Big passion for early childhood education.
1-3 years experience working in Early Childhood with young children.
Strong willingness to learn; must demonstrate collaboration / team building characteristics.
Signing bonus:
$500 after completing 90 days.
