Job description
Civita Care Center at Long Ridge in Stamford, CT seeks a skilled Infection Control/Wound Care Nurse RN to join our dedicated team. You will manage infections, promote healing, and improve patient outcomes through expert clinical care and education.
As part of a physician-driven program, you will monitor infection prevention practices, document wound care plans, educate staff and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
