Job description
Adirondack Health is seeking an Infection Preventionist / Patient Safety Officer and Director of Dialysis. This role combines infection prevention leadership with oversight of renal dialysis services, reporting to executive leadership to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
The position requires NYS RN licensure, BSN, and CIC certification within three years; MSN is preferred. Leadership experience and data-driven decision making are essential.
